The American Council for World Jewry hails the launch of the bipartisan and bicameral Abraham Accords Caucus in the U.S.
Congress. The United States played a critical role in facilitating normalization
agreements between Israel and multiple Arab states, and we look forward to
seeing more engagement towards furthering and expanding these accords. Due to
them, Israel’s place in the Middle East is today stronger and more secure.
The Abraham Accords have moved the region one step closer
to peace and we look forward to the day when full peace between Israel and the
Arab states, as well as the Palestinians, is achieved. Until then, the Council
will continue to work towards fostering dialogue and building bridges of
cooperation.
