The prime minister has turned his back on America and demonized Israel.


The decades-long alliance between Turkey and Israel is in shambles, and American diplomats are working overtime to fix what's broken. Conventional wisdom holds that the differences between Ankara and Jerusalem can be repaired, that their shared interests are too important to allow the relationship to wither.

J Street tells Ros-Lehtinen to give up Moskowitz donati

The move drew a furious response from Jack Rosen, chairman of the American Council for World Jewry. In a letter to J Street head Jeremy Ben-Ami, he argued that while J Street could criticize Ros-Lehtinen's positions, "it is reckless and misleading for you to question the financing of her re-election campaign on this basis," particularly when the organization "failed to demonstrate that Congresswoman Ros-Lehtinen acted inappropriately in accepting donations from a US citizen who happens to support Jewish settlements in the West Bank."

Senate ratifies START treaty

The American Council for World Jewry, one of the first groups to endorse ratification, said ratification means that "Russia’s indispensable support in global security – which includes blocking Iran’s rogue nuclear program – will not be impeded."
